Your privacy is important to us. All information collected is only used for the purpose of processing your order.

We will never give out or sell any of your information to a third party, or record any transaction details. 

EXCHANGES

F&M does not accept exchanges for change of mind. We will happily replace items if they are not as per your order due to a fault by F&M eg, word or name has been spelt incorrectly or item painted a different colour to what has been requested. Contact will need to be made with F&M within 30 days of your purchase. Please contact via email with proof of fault with a photograph of the item. When an item is incorrect due to the fault of the customer eg you have provided the incorrect spelling of a name or requested the wrong colour or size, you will need to purchase a replacement.

REFUNDS

All sales are final and as our products are often custom made, unfortunately we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind. Please choose your products and colours carefully.  

All products are thoroughly checked prior to being dispatched. Returns are not offered for normal wear and tear or rough handling and/or misuse of our products.

Refunds and replacements will not be offered if the customer:

- Simply changes their mind.

- Decides they do not like the purchase. 

- Decides they have no use for it. 

Damages the goods by not handling carefully as per our Product Care, and/or mounting items securely to surfaces

If your order is incorrect for any reason, please contact us within 48 hours with your order number and photographs and descriptions of what you have received. 

PLAQUE SAFETY

Items are not to be handled by children. Name plaques, milestone discs are not designed to be a toy, they are decor items and keepsakes. Do not hang items above cots or beds or within a child's reach. Always supervise babies and children when using any of our items as photo props.
